About Me
J.J. Wallack is a Los Angeles native with a thorough knowledge of the Westside & San Fernando Valley. J.J. has a business background with a B.S. degree in Finance. He attended The University of Arizona (AEPi alumni) and is an entrepreneur at heart. He treats every property listing as if it were a "Grand Opening" to bring the maximum amount of buyers to his open houses.

With an aggressive business background, J.J. personally started one telecom company and two internet companies. His 1st internet company was based in Herzlya Pituach, Israel and employed 12 people in 4 countries. While on a brief vacation back to Los Angeles, he met his wife. Coming back to L.A., he started his 2nd internet company in 1997 which was a B2C cellular accessory website. Building upon programming skills learned in Israel, J.J. grew the company to have such a large internet presence that Sprint Communications became his largest customer.

In 1999 J.J. and his wife Wendy started buying houses in Beverly Hills, fixing them up and selling them. The rest was history. His internet company was sold in 2004, and Mr. Wallack joined the Coldwell Banker South Office in Beverly Hills.

While at Coldwell Banker, J.J. had an incredible start to his career in real estate. While a typical seasoned agent does 4 to 7 deals per year, J.J. enjoyed record production of over 50 deals with many of them representing clients on both sides of the transaction. J.J. makes a standing commitment that each client he helps feels like they are his only client. Because of his business background he is a skilled negotiator, and his results speak for themselves. With J.J.'s thorough knowledge of computer marketing, you can be sure your home will have unparalleled internet presence. This is extremely important because the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® now estimates that over 90% of homebuyers are using the internet to find their home.

J.J. consistently has an above average turnout (sometimes 160 people) at his open houses which is directly attributed to his use of technology. Mr. Wallack is a devoted, loyal, honest agent with a passion for real estate and loves helping people fulfill their dreams.

In 2007, J.J. was the first agent to officially sign up with Teles Properties in Beverly Hills. The company was comprised of hand selected agents who would work in a social, collaborative environment to provide a unique real estate transaction experience to the customer. The founders of the company were experienced in down markets. Anticipating the downward market trend, J.J. eagerly joined the company to learn and implement successful sales strategies to adapt to this changing market.

Starting in 2012, J.J. has taken his experience and knowledge of the hundreds of real estate transactions under his belt, and joined the Keller Williams Realty team in Beverly Hills. In addition to selling property, Mr. Wallack is now the Director of Development for the office, and will be actively recruiting and training new talent for the next generation of Realtors®.
